Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

Your order will ship out within 2- 3 days after processing. During high demands and holidays, please allow up to 7-15 days for package to be processed and shipped.

Please NOTE: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost, or stolen packages. Make sure delivery address is a safe place for your shipment. If in any event, a package is stolen or missing, please make a claim with shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange

No returns or exchanges allowed, except if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the items have not been worn or used and in original package). 

In the event that there are workmanship flaws with any item you purchase, we accept returns only on clothing items, unworn and intact. No refunds. Please contact us at info@woedynamics.com to approve an exchange. Only unworn items will be accepted for return/exchange within 7 days of when the item was delivered to you.

Exchange (of same value or will send invoice of price difference) or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. If item is ruined or not in perfect shape, we cannot grant store credit or exchange. No more than one exchange on items.


Customs Fees Notice: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
